Global Insurance Forum Expert Series: Building An Innovation of Culture, A Conversation with Truett Tate

Building An Innovation Culture

In this webinar, Insurance Thought Leadership Editor-in-Chief Paul Carroll interviews Truett Tate, Chairman of QBE North America, on why a culture of innovation is so important and on how to start to build one.

They discuss:

  • Why it’s wrong to think about a battle between incumbents and startups and right to think about finding ways for smaller companies to “infect” larger ones with an innovative spirit
  • Why established companies must think big, start small and learn fast so they can innovate without breaking the bank
  • Why it’s crucial to have fun along the way
