Chad Levine

Chad Levine is executive vice president, chief strategy officer at Aon Affinity U.S. Levine works with Aon Affinity’s portfolio of businesses, programs and MGUs on defining strategy that drives growth and innovation for customers. He is responsible for pursuing new markets and strategic business development, building partnerships with carriers and technology providers across the insurance ecosystem and acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to his role at Affinity, Levine was part of Aon’s corporate strategy and implementation team. He partnered with business leaders from Aon’s various solution lines and geographies to support their strategic objectives. He led several initiatives related to the enterprise’s restructure for growth efforts.

Levine also has held leadership roles on the Aon health and benefits broking, inpoint and eSolutions teams. Across those roles, he worked with teams to develop new H&B offerings for Aon’s strategic carrier partners and managed the relationships for carriers participating on Aon broking facilities. His team was responsible for executing growth and retention strategies for Aon’s risk management software clients as well as executive sponsor and account executive of several clients, ensuring delivery of product, service and support.

Levine has 15-plus years of risk and insurance experience, working with employer, carrier and third-party organizations. Prior to joining Aon, he held various client service roles at Marsh & McLennan.

Levine holds a master of business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor of science in business from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
