Scott Rogers is the executive vice president of casualty operations for Sedgwick. In this role, he has overall responsibility for Sedgwick’s client relationships and national workers’ compensation and liability claims management. Rogers brings to his role more than 20 years of claims management experience. He joined Sedgwick in 1997 as an operations manager in the company’s office in Boston, Massachusetts, having since served in a variety of roles focused on client services, operations, audit, compliance and claim quality, as well as building best practices for Sedgwick’s retail sector. Rogers’s overall focus is on creating customer value through efficient and thoughtful claim processes. His initiatives designed to support this objective include the development of Sedgwick customer-specific scorecards, customized service models and implementing innovative solutions in all areas of claim management. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Massachusetts.
