Scott Hinz

Scott Hinz is the director of sales and marketing for Innovative Computer Systems, developer of the Finys Suite for property and casualty insurance organizations writing personal and commercial lines.

Hinz’s career focused on software sales early as he developed an affinity for understanding not only how technology works but how it can work for companies attempting to solve business problems. He joined Innovative Computer Systems in 2015 as director of sales, bringing more than 15 years of experience selling software to the insurance industry. He has helped both privately held and publicly traded organizations attain growth objectives and specializes in opening new markets, long-term strategic planning and customer service.

Prior to joining Innovative Computer Systems, Hinz held sales leadership positions with such companies as BAE Systems, Aon eSolutions and Fiserv.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and regularly volunteers for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio.
