Scott Addis started the Addis Group in 1990. It has more than 1,700 clients, total premiums in excess of $180 million and revenue of more than $16 million. Scott founded the Beyond Insurance Global Network, the 4th-largest insurance network in the U.S.; created the Certified Risk Architect designation and Reach Your Peak producer model; and serves as president of Beyond Insurance, a coaching and training organization. His book, Summit: Reach Your Peak and Elevate Your Customers’ Experience, is a step-by-step training guide for peak potential.

Scott Addis was named an “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist by Inc. magazine and one of the “25 Most Innovative Agents in America” by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
