Rick Gregory

Rick Gregory is principal of R.C. Gregory & Co., a B2B business strategy and marketing consulting firm. He has helped hundreds of leading companies tackle complex strategy, marketing and sales issues. He is also the author of the best-selling business book, “The Dollarization Discipline,” as well as several magazine and journal articles.

“The Dollarization Discipline” was named one of the Top 30 Business Books of 2005 by the publishers of Soundview Executive Book Summaries, which in 2010 also named it to its “Art of Selling Collection,” as one of 15 core reading selections for sales professionals. The book is in its second printing and has been published in multiple languages.

Gregory has led the management and execution of more than 500 business strategy and strategic marketing consulting engagements. His Dollarization practice focuses on helping companies identify and quantify the value of the products and services they deliver to customers. This support can include advisory services, training, development of selling tools, customer research and pricing strategy. Gregory also works with private equity firms and other acquisition minded organizations to support their pre-deal due diligence efforts.
