Quentin Hardy is the head of editorial at Google Cloud, writing about the ways that cloud computing technology, and by extension the advent of computer intelligence at every point on the planet, is reshaping society.
Prior to joining Google, Hardy was deputy technology editor at the New York Times, where for many years he wrote about enterprise computing. He has also been national editor of Forbes Magazine and a reporter with the Wall Street Journal in San Francisco and Tokyo. For 10 years, he was part of “Forbes on Fox,” a weekend news program on Fox News.
His “a-hed” feature stories for The Journal have been widely anthologized, and his Forbes cover story about technology in Africa was given a citation by The Overseas Press Club.
