With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Monique has held senior leadership positions in marketing, product development, sales, operations, R&D and business intelligence for companies such as ACE Group, Zurich Insurance Group, ACORD and Mutual of Omaha. She has worked with insurers in the USA, Europe and around the globe.
Throughout her career, Monique has helped companies profitably grow their businesses based on data insights and analytics. She has worked on numerous BI initiatives, data warehousing, customer insight efforts, market segmentation and product development projects. Her success in assisting in global development and expansion planning is widely recognized. She draws on her global experience when applying her expertise in different markets.
Monique is a Dutch citizen and a permanent resident of the U.S. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands, studied organizational psychology at the University of Leiden and holds a master’s in applied science in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver.
Monique is an active volunteer and participant in industry efforts around the world, and she is a frequent speaker at insurance events worldwide.
