Melanie Henderson is a Partner and Senior Executive in the KPMG Corporate Strategy group serving the Financial Services (FS) Insurance industry.

Melanie brings over 20 years of experience helping clients develop and execute on competitive business and digital strategies. Her focus is on enterprise-wide business transformation and innovative growth strategies. Melanie assists clients with developing customer engagement strategies, defining new products and services, and building future state operating models. Melanie has worked with some of the largest banks and insurance companies to identify the best combination of business, technology, and solution partnerships to bring value to market quickly.

Prior to KPMG, Melanie was an Executive Director with EY Financial Services
Advisory Strategy, Growth, and Transformation practice, a Practice lead at Custom Computer Specialists, and a Client Business Leader at MasterCard Advisors. Throughout her career and in each of her roles, Melanie has served as an active leader in Diversity and Inclusiveness initiatives.

Melanie received her MBA with certificates in Marketing, Corporate Finance, and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
