Senior casualty design/developer/instructor

Designed, developed and delivered comprehensive range of casualty claim insurance training to employees and customers in both onsite and online virtual classroom, including three-day Commercial General Liability (CGL) seminar, products, construction liability coverage issues, investigation, evaluation/reserving, negotiation, advanced law courses on litigation, legal damages and evidence law

Co-developed and presented two seminars for the two largest Chinese insurers – People’s Insurance Company of China, and the China Pacific Property Insurance Company. Objective of these Chinese executive delegations to the U.S. was to learn the U.S. legal system, the U.S. products coverage form, and learn U.S. claims/legal environment.
