Judy Delarosa is known for her insights on digital experience for insurance. Before joining SMA in 2017, Delarosa spent her career at Chubb in various roles in IT and business. Her last key role at Chubb was VP, digital manager, North American commercial insurance, with responsibility for the development and execution of digital strategy, platforms, and omni-channel solutions. She also managed Chubb’s industry, agent and vendor relations, including Augie, ACORD and ACT, where she co-chaired the customer experience and strategic future issues workgroups. Delarosa is an ongoing advocate for agent/carrier relationships, connectivity and advancing automation.
