Gabrielle Bosché began the Millennial Solution when she was 25 years old. She helps managers optimize their Millennial talent as well as empower Millennials to excel at their workplace and beyond. She offers workshops on engaging Millennials at work and regularly speaks on generational collaboration and how to manage and motivate the next generation. She runs an international training and consulting company working with a broad range of clients – from automotive giants to boutique media shops to the United States government. They develop strategies that meet Millennials’ needs, including marketing plans that aren’t lame, recruiting and hiring strategies and onboarding/mentoring programs that boost retention.
She has written books called: 5 Millennial Myths: The Handbook for Managing and Motivating Millennials 2nd Edition, The Millennial Entrepreneur: Side-hustlers, Startups and Disrupters Restarting America, and The Millennial Solution (published with Nightingale Conant)
Boshé has also been featured in NPR, Fox News Radio, Bloomberg Radio, Washington Post, TIME, Business Insider, Fast Company. She has won the Leadership Arlington’s 40 Under 40 award and was named Alumnus of The Year, William Jessup University.
