Dianne Schuetz is the senior vice president of operations for Force Diagnostics, which develops and commercializes FDA-approved, CLIA-waived rapid diagnostic tests that identify underlying disease states and the presence of Nicotine and drugs of abuse. The tests are administered at retail points of presence, or the workplace, and results are immediately transmitted back to life insurance and wellness constituents, both domestically and internationally.

She has 20 years of experience in developing and bringing products, services and technology to market. As director of product management, insurer services, for ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, she was responsible for strategic product planning and successful concept-to-market delivery for several products in the risk-assessment industry.

Schuetz served as vice president of product development/director of client technology solutions for Advanced Health Technologies, where she managed the company’s clinical e-commerce product line and launched one of the first web-based prescription management systems for physicians. As national project manager and patient care manager for Vitas Healthcare, she implemented cost-saving initiatives including a national pharmacy management program. While at Four Winds-Chicago (now Timberline Knolls), Schuetz directed the start-up of the medical department for the new psychiatric inpatient hospital.

Her clinical background includes having served as a family nurse practitioner in ambulatory care and registered nurse in multiple care settings before moving into management.
