David Silverstein is the founder and CEO of Lean Methods Group, a global management consulting firm specializing in strategy, innovation and operational excellence. Lean Methods works across many industries and has clients on four continents.
Silverstein is an accomplished author and speaker. His book, “The Innovator’s Toolkit,” has sold tens of thousands of copies and continues in publication 10 years after its launch. It is used as a textbook on innovation in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Silverstein is also the author of the “Connect the Dots” series of books on strategy and innovation.
Silverstein has appeared on Fox Business News, CNBC and NPR and has written for Forbes, Inc. magazine, the Washington Post and dozens of other periodicals.
In addition to running Lean Methods Group, Silverstein is very involved in healthcare policy through his non-profit (www.brokenhealthcare.org). He engages at both the state and federal level, working with White House staff, the department of Health and Human Services and federal and state legislators. He is considered an expert on the economic dysfunction of America’s healthcare system and the steps needed to set it on the right path for the future.
