Craig Bedell has over 30 years of P&C insurance business experience, most on the underwriting, sales, marketing and field management side. Eight of those years came as a commercial lines broker and risk manager. Six were as an internal business consultant/business architect in home office.
In 2005, Bedell moved to the insurance solutions space to focus on global industry software insurance solutions strategy, marketing, development, sales eminence and advocacy.
Befell has a special focus on enterprise use of performance management and business analytics solutions – enterprise financial planning, business intelligence, predictive analytics and spatial/location intelligence.
The amount of vim, vigor and rigor brought to decision-making will determine the extent to which the insurance industry will harness the insights provided from enhanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and cognitive computing.
