As founder and principal of the10company, Clare DeNicola provides both strategic and hands-on communications services to clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, financial services, healthcare, and professional services. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large global corporations. She has significant experience in business-to-business communications, in particular, executive thought leadership and brand development, using media relations and social media strategically, and developing and executing communications for executive transitions and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to the10company, DeNicola was President and CEO of IVANS, Inc. and a member of the company’s board of directors. During her tenure leading IVANS, she transformed the company to be a leading technology solutions provider in the insurance and healthcare technology markets, through market expansion, new product development and a relentless focus on customer service. She developed a talented management team, and together they grew revenue and profits every year during her tenure leading to the ultimate sale of the business.
Before joining IVANS, she was Vice President at the New York headquarters of Grey Advertising’s worldwide public relations agency, GCI Group, and earlier, a marketing manager with PricewaterhouseCoopersfor more than six years.
She is a graduate of Lehigh University and received an MBA from Fordham University.
