Chris Sandilands is a partner at Oxbow Partners, a boutique consulting business serving the insurance industry.
Sandilands started his career at Munich Re as a D&O underwriter. He then moved to Oliver Wyman’s insurance practice, working on assignments in both P&C and life on four continents. Sandilands left Oliver Wyman to pursue a startup opportunity but soon decided there was a bigger opportunity to bring agile methodologies into strategy consulting.
After working as an independent consultant for two years, he found a team to set up Oxbow Partners in 2015.
He holds a first class degree from Oxford University.
