Chris Purcell

Chris Purcell is the founder of Purcell Law, which is responsible for the largest wrongful death verdict in the history of California (Asam vs. Ortiz, 2013).

Purcell deals in all facets of personal injury law and wrongful death cases, including auto accidents, brain injuries and spinal injuries. An experienced negotiator, he routinely works with insurance companies, in addition to negotiating with the opposing side in a legal claim.

In practice for more than 20 years, he is a graduate of the Santa Barbara College of Law and the Trial Lawyers College. Purcell is an active member in the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA).
