Andrea Silvello has more than 10 years of experience at internal consulting firms, such as BCG and Bain. He has contributed to the development of Bain Financial Advisory, which specializedsin corporate finance, turnarounds and restructuring operations.
Since 2016, Silvello has been the co-founder and CEO of Neosurance, an insurance startup. It is a virtual insurance agent that sells micro policies.
In 2013, he founded and became a partner at DigitalTech International, a tech startup based in Milan, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
In 2012, he also founded and became a managing director of Business Support, a consultancy boutique based in Milan.
