Ty Sagalow

Ty Sagalow is a 30-year senior insurance executive veteran, 25 of which he spent at AIG, where he held various positions, including chief underwriting officer and general counsel of AIG Executive Liability (D&O, E&O), chief operating officer of AIG eBusiness Risk Solutions (cyber insurance), and president of AIG Product Development. Folllowing AIG, Sagalow was chief innovation officer of Zurich North American and chief innovation officer of Tower Group. Among the products Sagalow is credited with creating is Y2K insurance, (entity cover) directors and officers nsurance, cyber insurance, reputation insurance, collectible authenticity insurance, and intellectual property collateral insurance.

He is currently president of Innovation Insurance Group, a consulting firm to the insurance industry specializing in product development and subject-matter expertise in management and professional liability insurance.
