Kristin is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in personal injury, professional malpractice, and business defense litigation. Kristin has tried cases throughout the state of Oregon. She also serves as an arbitrator in personal injury cases.
Kristin has experience with a wide variety of personal injury defense matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, product liability, elder abuse, and nursing home negligence. She also has experience with professional liability cases, including medical malpractice and home inspector negligence. She is experienced in business litigation defense, including breach of contract, defamation, timber trespass, and fraud cases.
She has been named as one of 25 “Up and Coming Lawyers” in the Daily Journal of Commerce — Oregon (2010) and also a Rising Star by Oregon Super Lawyers (no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Oregon are selected for this honor which Kristin has earned from 2009 until the present).
Kristin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association, Oregon Chapter. She is the Founder and Chair of the Bonnie Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund. And she is a Co-Planner with the Oregon Law Institute’s Continuing Legal Education Program.
She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was Editor and Contributor to the Oregon Law Review. She is admitted into the Oregon bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon.
