Ken Moll is the Principal and Founder of Blue Elevator™.
With professional experience spanning four decades, Ken has a breadth of foundational business knowledge rarely found – making him part of an elite class of professionals.
Ken’s experience covers all of the disciplines present in business: finance, accounting, operations (including ISO 9001:2008), sales, marketing, safety and risk management, human resources, and the like. In addition, Ken’s experience spans a multitude of industries and includes having served in a variety of progressively responsible positions: Auditor, Financial Reporting Supervisor, Underwriter, Controller/CFO, General Manager, etc. Ken’s experience ranges from the small start-up business to large, privately held corporations up to and including working on an IPO and working with and on publicly traded companies. All of this has happened against the backdrop of some of the most challenging and dynamic economic cycles in our history.
Having worked as an auditor for a Big Four accounting firm and having served in various key management roles, Ken now focuses all of his time and energy into helping clients of Blue Elevator™ get their “business to the next level™.” His exposure to different economic business climates, his breadth of functional management experience, his diverse industry experience, and his insight into the challenges faced by companies of different sizes and organizations uniquely equip him to provide today’s business owners the highest level of business advisory services.

To further assist today’s CEO’s and business owners, Ken is in the process of writing a book to provide the additional framework necessary for solidly establishing and growing a successful business.
Ken is a graduate of California State University Fullerton, where he graduated with highest honors with a B.A. in Accounting. Ken was awarded his CPA credential while working for what is now PricewaterhouseCoopers.
