Donna Stroble

Donna monitors and identifies legal developments affecting employee welfare benefit plans and assists Significa Benefit Services clients and brokers with addressing those developments. For two decades Donna has custom designed and prepared plan documents and summary plan descriptions.

Prior to joining Significa Benefit Services in 1991, Donna provided support to attorneys in the formulation of strategies to solve client problems related to ERISA and tax law issues affecting employee benefit plans. She also spent a number of years as a business analyst with a global leader in the provision of business and credit information.

Donna graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and the Institute for Employee Benefits Training of the Philadelphia Institute.
