David Tate is a San Francisco/California litigation attorney. His cases are primarily in the following areas: business/contracts, real estate, public entity, personal injury/accidents, trusts/estates/conservatorships, product liability, employment, professional responsibilities and insurance defense.

He also has experience as a mediator, in risk management and governance, and in advising clients about their duties, liabilities and best practices. He is an inactive CPA (California) with additional degrees in finance and taxation, and he has served on two nonprofit boards and as an audit committee chair.
