David Jones

David G. Jones is the Founder of The Dispute Resolution Organization. The Dispute Resolution Organization is an insurance industry services provider specializing in alternative dispute resolution processes that assist Property & Casualty insurance companies in subrogation recovery efforts. Mr. Jones provides the strategic direction for The Dispute Resolution Organization, while building additional industry service platforms to broaden the scope of their value to the Property & Casualty marketplace.

Bringing more than 30 years of insurance industry, management, marketing, and business development experience to The Dispute Resolution Organization, Mr. Jones previously spent 10+ years with the IBM Corporation, ranking as one of the company’s top sales and marketing performers, achieving their highest recognition award, The Golden Circle, every year he was eligible for it.

His background also includes more than 2,000 hours of on-camera television experience, being a published author of non-fiction work, and a featured speaker at insurance industry national conferences, executive roundtables, and trade association meetings. His articles pertaining to alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration-specific writings, have been published in numerous insurance industry publications. He has also been a guest lecturer and advisor to second- and third-year law students at Stetson Law School in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Mr. Jones has a Law Administration degree from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois, and earned his Senior Claim Law Associate insurance industry designation from the American Educational Institute in 2005, completing the four-year program in three years.
